Modular Pegboard Trade Show Booth – Birch Plywood 10x10 Vendor Booth, 8 ft Peg Wall Display

This modular pegboard wall system is the same one we built for a well-known international brand's trade show booth. The walls are made of rigid 48" tall boxes that bolt together side to side and stack two high, so you get a solid 8 ft wall that doesn't wobble, sag or need a drape.

Choose Your Size

• 10x10 U Booth (Stepped). The 8 ft back wall fills a standard 10x10 inline space. The 8 ft side walls step down to 4 ft half walls at the aisle, so the booth stays open and easy to walk into. Footprint: 120" W × 118" D × 96" H. 20 boxes.
• 10x10 U Booth (Full Height). 8 ft walls all the way around, for the most display space in a 10x10. Footprint: 120" W × 118" D × 96" H. 24 boxes.
• 10x4 U Booth. A full 10 ft back wall with 4 ft returns on each side, all 8 ft tall. It works for shallow booths, end caps, or when you want a backdrop and still need floor space for tables. Footprint: 120" W × 52" D × 96" H. 16 boxes.
• 4x4 T Display. A freestanding 8 ft tower for a booth corner, a shop floor, or an island. It has pegboard on every face, so you can shop it from all sides. Footprint: 48" W × 52" D × 96" H. 8 boxes.

How It Works

• Every box is a 48" tall plywood frame with a pegboard face, about 4" deep.
• Boxes bolt to each other through the frame. Bolts and wing nuts are included.
• The back panels go on last, so all the hardware is hidden inside the wall.
• The 3/4" peg holes run on a 6" grid. The grid lines up across every box, so your layout reads as one continuous wall.
• Mix and match: add boxes later to make your booth wider or deeper.
